3. Products and Specifications

  • All products are supplied according to agreed specifications stated in contracts, proforma invoices, or purchase agreements.

  • Product descriptions, images, and samples are provided for reference and may be subject to acceptable industry tolerances.

  • Nobedo Global Investment Ltd reserves the right to modify product specifications where necessary, with prior notice.

4. Orders and Contracts

  • All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Nobedo Global Investment Ltd.

  • A binding contract is formed only after written confirmation, issuance of a proforma invoice, or execution of a formal agreement.

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion before confirmation.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are quoted in agreed currencies and are subject to change prior to order confirmation.

  • Payment terms, methods, and timelines are specified in the contract or proforma invoice.

  • Failure to make payment within agreed timelines may result in order suspension or cancellation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping terms, delivery timelines, and risk transfer are governed by the agreed Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF).

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, port operations, or force majeure.

  • Once risk transfers to the buyer, Nobedo Global Investment Ltd is not liable for transit-related losses or delays.

7. Inspection and Acceptance

  • Buyers are encouraged to conduct pre-shipment inspections.

  • Acceptance of shipping documents or delivery constitutes confirmation that goods met agreed specifications at the point of shipment.

  • Any claims must be submitted in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, trademarks, logos, text, images, and materials are the property of Nobedo Global Investment Ltd unless otherwise stated.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.

  • Applicable international trade, export, and import regulations

  • Anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements where applicable
