1. Shipping Coverage
Nobedo Global Investment Ltd ships agricultural products within Nigeria and to international destinations, subject to applicable export regulations, destination country requirements, and agreed contractual terms.
International shipments are handled in compliance with Nigerian export laws and international trade standards.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed only after contract confirmation and receipt of agreed payment terms.
Processing includes product sourcing, inspection, packaging, documentation, and export clearance.
Processing timelines vary depending on product type, quantity, and destination but are clearly communicated before shipment.
3. Shipping Methods
We use reliable and industry-approved shipping methods, including:
Road transportation (local deliveries)
Sea freight (containerized export shipments)
Freight forwarding through licensed logistics and export agents
All shipping arrangements are made in collaboration with trusted logistics partners to ensure product safety and compliance.
4. Delivery Timelines
Local deliveries: Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation.
International deliveries: Timelines depend on destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and port operations.
Delivery dates provided are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, port congestion, customs inspections, or regulatory delays.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on product type, quantity, destination, and logistics requirements.
All shipping fees are communicated and agreed upon before shipment.
Unless otherwise stated in the contract, shipping fees are borne by the buyer.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import regulations imposed by the destination country.
Buyers are solely responsible for all applicable customs charges, import duties, taxes, and clearance requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Packaging and Quality Assurance
All products are carefully packaged to meet export and international quality standards.
Products are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they meet agreed specifications and contract terms.
Nobedo Global Investment Ltd does not ship adulterated or substandard products.
8. Risk and Title Transfer
Risk and ownership of goods transfer according to the agreed Incoterms stated in the sales contract (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF).
Once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier or loaded as per contract terms, Nobedo Global Investment Ltd is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused during transit.
9. Shipment Tracking and Documentation
Relevant shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.) are provided to buyers as required.
Tracking details are shared when available through the logistics provider.
10. Delays and Force Majeure
Nobedo Global Investment Ltd shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Port strikes or congestion
Government actions or regulatory changes
Customs delays
Global supply chain disruptions
11. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Any claims for damaged or missing goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must be supported with photographic evidence and official reports from the carrier.
Resolution will be handled in line with the terms agreed in the sales contract and applicable insurance coverage.
