At Nobedo Global Investment Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality agricultural products and maintaining transparent, fair business practices. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements may be considered.

Due to the nature of agricultural commodities and export transactions, all sales are subject to strict quality checks and contractual terms.


1. Nature of Products

Nobedo Global Investment Ltd deals in agricultural and perishable commodities, including raw and processed cashew nuts and other farm products. As a result:

  • All sales are final once products are shipped, except as expressly stated in this policy or in a written contract.

  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, altered, or exposed to improper storage conditions after delivery.


2. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

Returns, replacements, or refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Products delivered are materially different from agreed specifications stated in the contract

  • Proven quality defects confirmed through inspection reports

  • Incorrect products or quantities supplied due to our error

  • Products damaged prior to shipment and not during transit

All claims must comply with the reporting requirements outlined below.


3. Inspection and Quality Assurance

  • All products are inspected and verified before shipment.

  • Buyers are encouraged to conduct pre-shipment inspections or appoint third-party inspectors where applicable.

  • Acceptance of shipment documentation and delivery constitutes confirmation that products met agreed standards at the point of shipment.


4. Claims Procedure

To be eligible for any claim:

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims must include:

    • Clear photographic or video evidence

    • Official inspection or carrier report (where applicable)

    • Order or contract reference number

  • Claims submitted after the stated timeframe may not be accepted.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s change of mind

  • Market price fluctuations

  • Delays caused by customs, port authorities, shipping lines, or force majeure

  • Damage occurring during transit once risk has transferred per agreed Incoterms

  • Improper storage or handling by the buyer after delivery

  • Minor variations within accepted industry tolerances


6. Refund Resolution

Where a claim is approved:

  • We may offer replacement, partial refund, or credit note, depending on the situation.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed using the original payment method.

  • Processing time for approved refunds is typically 7–14 business days, subject to banking and payment processor timelines.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping costs, where applicable, are borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to our confirmed error.

  • Nobedo Global Investment Ltd is not responsible for losses incurred during unauthorized return shipments.


8. Contractual Supremacy

This Refund & Return Policy operates alongside and does not override:

  • Signed sales contracts

  • Proforma invoices

  • Agreed Incoterms

Where inconsistencies arise, contractual terms shall prevail.


9. Force Majeure

Nobedo Global Investment Ltd shall not be held liable for refunds or returns due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, port congestion, strikes, or global supply chain disruptions.
